| 摘 要： | 使用丹麦ＳＥＥＧ地图仪对７例白痴学者、２１例精神发育心缓患者ＡＥＰ、ＶＥＰ进行观察，并与正常对照组比较。发现精神发育迟缓者ＡＥＰ、ＶＥＰ波形变异大，潜伏期延长，波幅改变，与白痴学者和正常对照组间均有显著差异；而白痴学者ＡＥＰ、ＶＥＰ诸指标与正常对照组无显著差别。

| Abstract: | Health With Danish Concerto SEEG-16,AEP and VEP of 7 idiot savants and 21 mentalretardates were investigated when compared withthat of normal control.The resultsrevealed that, more obvious variability of waveform,longer latency and lower ampli-tude of AEP and VEP were found among mental retardate;but the idiot savant grouppresented normal AEP and VEP, which deserves some attentio,It was speculated thatthe normal presentation of evoked brain potentials in idiot savant reflects the compen-sation mechanism involved into their brain,which makes possible some prodigious abi-lities standing away from their mental dullness. |
