| 摘 要： | 目的了解急性百草枯口服中毒患者口腔的早期护理干预效果。方法将76例急性百草枯口服中毒患者随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组按传统方法进行口腔护理,试验组入院时即对其进行口腔评估,早期进行干预,采取个体化护理措施。结果试验组口腔疼痛明显减轻,口腔情况未进一步加重,能进食流质。试验组有效率为79.5%,对照组有效率为28.1%.结论开展早期口腔护理干预,能减轻患者痛苦,促进患者进食,保证营养供给,减少并发症的发生,有助于提高患者的存活率。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of oral nursing in patients with paraquat poisoning.Methods 76 patients with paraquat poisoning were randomly divided into treated group and control group.The patients were treated oral caring in treated group and those in control group treated with traditional method.Results Pain in oral cavity were eased and dental ulcer were cured and took liquid foods.The effective rate of eated group was 79.5% and that of control group was 28.1%.Conclusion Oral caring timely may ease the... |
