| 摘 要： | 目的针对白内障超声乳化吸除联合人工晶状体植入术,比较不同位置的3.2mm透明角膜切口对术后角膜散光的影响。方法将白内障患者49例（71眼）分成2组进行手术,A组采用上方透明角膜切口,B组在最大角膜曲率子午线方位做切口。对术前、术后角膜散光变化进行比较。结果 B组患者术后角膜散光略有减少,A组患者术后角膜散光明显增加,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论白内障超声乳化手术中采用最大角膜曲率子午线方位透明角膜切口较传统上方透明角膜切口可减少部分角膜散光。
