| 摘 要： | 目的研究鼻咽癌患者在放射治疗不同阶段免疫功能的变化及其与患者临床指标的关系,为制定鼻咽癌免疫治疗方案、提高疗效提供依据。方法流式细胞仪检测初治鼻咽癌患者放疗前、中、后血液中的CD3、CD4、CD8、CD4/CD8以及NK等相关免疫指标,分析各免疫指标在放疗前中后的变化。结果 CD3细胞和NK细胞在放疗前、中、后三组间均有显著性差别;CD4细胞在放疗前、中、后逐渐下降,其中放疗前、后两组间有显著性差别;CD8细胞与CD4/CD8仅在放疗中、后两组间有显著差异。结论鼻咽癌患者在放射治疗不同阶段不同免疫细胞的功能存在变化。
