| 摘 要： | 目的评价CT对急性胰腺炎患者的临床诊断价值。方法回顾性分析56例经临床诊断并行CT平扫及增强检查的急性胰腺炎的表现。结果急性水肿性胰腺炎39例(69.6%),3例胰腺无明显异常,1例胰头增大,3例胰体增大,1例胰尾增大,31例弥漫性增大;急性出血坏死性胰腺炎17例(30.4%),表现为胰腺密度不均,胰周积液12例,胰周脓肿2例,6例有假性囊肿形成。结论 CT检查有助于急性胰腺炎的诊断,并能明确有无并发症,甚至还可发现病因。
