甲及甲基质部分切除联合甲沟重建治疗重症嵌甲

目的分析嵌甲的发生原因及治疗方法,减少发生率,提高嵌甲的治愈率。方法对65例嵌甲患者的发病原因进行分析并行甲、甲基质部分切除联合甲沟重建术。结果嵌甲的发生与指甲修剪不当、穿鞋质地和松紧有关。行甲、甲基质部分切除联合甲沟重建术治疗的治愈率达100%.结论甲、甲基质部分切除联合甲沟重建术治疗嵌甲,操作简便易行,损伤小,疼痛轻,恢复快,不破坏趾甲的外观及保护功能。

Partial resection of toenail,onychostroma combined toenail ditch reconstruction for the treatment of severe ingrown toenail
