| 摘 要： | 目的探讨常年性变应性鼻炎(AR)并鼻中隔偏曲的临床治疗方法。方法采用鼻内镜下鼻中隔黏膜下矫正术加离子射频消融和药物分别治疗常年性AR并鼻中隔偏曲患者各56例,随访1年。结果手术组显效36例(64.28%),有效13例(23.22%),无效7例(12.50%),总有效率为87.50%;药物组显效6例(10.71%),有效30例(53.57%),无效20例(35.72%),总有效率64.28%。两组治疗有效率比较,差异显著(P<0.01)。结论鼻中隔黏膜下矫正术加等离子射频消融联用治疗常年性AR并鼻中隔偏曲,疗效显著,有较好的临床应用价值。
