| 摘 要： | 目的分析、观察3种不同方法修复楔状缺损患牙的临床疗效。方法将200例患者,547颗患牙,按随机化原则分成Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ3组,分别用增强型玻璃离子水门汀,光固化复合树脂和玻璃离子水门汀光固化夹层技术进行充填修复,全部病例随访2年,观察疗效。结果Ⅰ组成功率82.68%,Ⅱ组成功率86.89%,Ⅲ组成功率94.05%。结论夹层技术修复楔状缺损患牙的临床效果最好,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective To analysis and observe three different kind of restoration of teeth with wedge shaped defects.Methods Two hundred cases of 547 teeth with various degrees of dental wedge shaped defects were randomly divided into three groups,the group restored by reinforced glass-ionomer,the group restored by 3M-Vitremer,the group restored by Dyract Cement.Evaluation was made after restoration for two years respectively.ResultⅠgroup success rate is 82.68%,Ⅱgroup success rate is 86.89%,Ⅲgroup success rate is 94.05%.Conclusions The best clinical curative of restoration of teeth with wedge shaped is Dyract Cement,and worthy to be popularized |
