脑卒中患者鼻饲管插入长度与并发应激性溃疡关系的研究

目的探讨脑卒中患者鼻饲管插入长度与并发应激性溃疡的关系。方法将100例脑卒中需鼻饲患者随机分为两组，对照组48例，按常规方法（实测长度）插入即从发际到鼻尖长度＋从鼻尖到剑突长度。观察组52例，按改良法插入，长度为实测长度-5cm。比较两组插管5d内应激性溃疡发病率。结果对照组应激性溃疡发病率为75％，观察组为25％（P〈0．01）。对照组病死率12％，观察组为3％（P〈0．01）。结论改良法插入鼻饲管能明显降低脑卒中患者的应激性溃疡发病率及病死率，改善患者的预后。

The study on the relationship between the depth of nasal feeding tube with stress ulcer in patients with stroke

Objective To study the relationship between the depth of nasal feeding tube with stress ulcer in patients with stroke.Methods 100 nasal feeding patients with stroke were divided into both test(n=52)and control (n=48)groups randomly.Nasal feeding tube was inserted according to actual length including from hairline to apex nasi and from apex nasi to appendix ensiformis in control group and according to modified method(actual length5mm)in test group.Then compared the incidence of stress ulcer in both groups during five days after nasal feeding.Results The occurrence of stress ulcerastion of test group(25%)was lower than that of control group(75%)(P<0.01).The death rate of test group(3%)was lower than that of control group(12%)(P<0.01).Conclusion It showed that modified nasal feeding method could reduced the incidence of stress ulcer,the death rate and improve prognosis of stoke patients obviously.
