| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨舍曲林治疗脑梗死后抑郁的疗效及安全性。方法：将60名脑梗死后抑郁患者随机分为两组，分别给予舍曲林和马普替林治疗，疗程6周。采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表（HAMD）评定疗效、治疗中出现的症状量表（TESS）评价安全性。结果：舍曲林治疗脑梗死后抑郁与马普替林疗效相当，但舍曲林起效更快，不良反应更少。结论：舍曲林治疗脑梗死后抑郁安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of Sertraline to treat post-cerebral infarction depression(PID).Methods:60 patients with PID were randomly divided into two equivalent groups.Respectively given them Sertraline and Maprotiline for 6 weeks.The efficacy were assessed by Hamilton Depression Rating Scale(HAMD)and the safety was assessed by treatment emergent symptoms scale(TESS).Results: The overall curative effects were similar in patients of the two groups.However,Sertraline acts more rapidly and less clinical adverse reaction than maprotiline.Conclusions: Sertraline is effective and safe for the treatment of PID. |
