| Abstract: | The article introduced the background of the staff out of the authorized strength and the current employment status of certain hospital affiliated to medical college.The author put forward some suggestions,which included strengthening the awareness of human resource management,perfecting the contract system,attempting different ways of employment,improving appropriation method and excavating internal potential of hospital. |
