妊娠期高血压疾病合并妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症35例临床分析

目的探讨妊娠期高血压疾病合并妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症对母婴的影响。方法采用回顾性分析方法,将35例妊娠期高血压疾病合并妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者及200例未合并妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者进行比较分析。结果妊娠期高血压疾病合并妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者的发生率为14.9%,其肝功能受损程度,产后出血量明显高于未合并妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）,同时其围产儿死亡率,新生儿重度窒息发生率明显高于未合并妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者,差异有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论妊娠期高血压疾病合并妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症者对母婴均有一定的影响,要做到早发现、早治疗,可有效地降低母婴并发症的发生。

Clinical analysis of 35 cases of hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy

Objective To analyze the effects of Hypertensive Disorder Complicating Pregnancy(HDCP) and Intrahepatic Cholestasis of Pregnancy (ICP)on mothers and their babies.Methods We retrospectively reviewed the records of 235 patients with HDCP. Women were divided into two groups(HDCP with ICP group n=35,HDCP group n=200),characteristics of blood pressure,liver function, postpartum hemorrhage, the weight of neonate, asphyxia neonate and perinatal death were compared between the two groups. Results 35 patients with HDCP were complicated with ICP(14.9%). The risk of liver function, postpartum hemorrhage, asphyxia neonate and perinatal death HDCP with ICP group were significantly higher than those in HDCP group(P<0.05).Conclusions Hypertensive disorder complicating pregnancy and intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy may have a certain influence to the mothers and fetuses.Early diagnosis and early treatment can effectively reduce the incidence of complications of the mothers and fetuses.
