摘 要: | 目的:探讨循证医学在病理学教学中的应用效果。方法:选取甘肃电大开放教育护理专科68名学生,随机分为两组。实验组34人采用循证医学教学模式,对照组34人采用传统医学教学模式,通过理论知识测试、临床技能考核及问卷调查进行教学效果评价。结果:实验组学生理论知识测试和临床技能考核成绩均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:将循证医学理念和方法引入病理学教学中,有利于培养学生学习的主动性和积极性,提高学生分析问题、解决问题的能力提高,激发学习兴趣。

Abstract: | Objective: To explore the effect of adopting evidence-based medicine in pathology teaching.Methods: 68 junior college students majoring in nursing in Gansu Radio & TV University were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group(n =34) is offered by the evidence-based medicine teaching model,and the control group(n = 34) by the traditional medical teaching model.Teaching effectiveness is evaluated by the test of theoretical knowledge,clinical skills assessment and questionnaire survey.Results: The result showed the experimental group’s scores in both the test of theoretical knowledge and clinical skills assessment were significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion: which concluded that introducing evidence-based medicine concepts and methods into the pathology teaching can motivate students’ initiative and enthusiasm,improve students’ analyzing skills and problem-solving skills,and stimulate students’ interest in learning. |
