南战区部队人群甲、乙型肝炎疫苗接种的成本-效益分析

目的 在南战区，病毒性甲、乙型肝炎是威胁部队人群的主要传染病，近年来，由于军事斗争的需要，大部队进行海练，使病毒性肝炎的发病因素增加。免疫预防是预防病毒性肝炎的根本措施。为此，我们分析了甲、乙型肝炎疫苗的成本与效益。方法按照本军区甲、乙型肝炎的年发病率，计算病毒性甲、乙型肝炎免疫预防的成本与效益。结果 无论免疫预防前是否筛检抗体，对甲、乙型肝炎的发病来说免疫预防，成本效益比均大于l，筛检抗体后进行免疫预防则更为经济。结论 广州战区步兵服役期内免疫预防是病毒性肝炎预防的根本措施，且经济、有效。
