后腹腔镜下肾上腺肿瘤切除术28例分析

目的:探讨经后腹腔镜行肾上腺肿瘤切除术的临床疗效。方法:对28例肾上腺肿瘤患者行经后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除手术。结果:28例手术均获成功,手术时间60~160 min,术中出血量50~100 ml;术后住院时间4~7天。术中、术后均无明显并发症。结论:经后腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除手术具有创伤小、安全可靠、术后恢复快等特点,具有良好的临床应用前景。

Retroperitoneal laparoscopic resection of adrenal tumor:report of 28 cases

Objective： To evaluate the clinical efficacy of retroperitoneal laparoscopy in resection of the adrenal tumor. Methods： Twenty eight patients with adrenal tumors underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery. Results：Retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery was successfully applied to all the 28 cases. The operation time was 60 - 160 rain;the intra-operative blood loss was 50 - 100 ml;and the postoperative hospitalization was 4 -7 days. No serious complication occurred during the operation and follow-up period. Conclusions：Retroperitoneal laparoscopie adrenalectomy is safe and reliable. It has a promising future in urologic practice.
