中心静脉导管胸腔置管与直接穿刺引流治疗结核性渗出性胸膜炎疗效观察与护理

目的:探讨中心静脉置管抽液替代反复多次胸腔直接穿刺抽液治疗中等量以上结核性胸腔积液的疗效与护理。方法:经B超检查确诊为中等量以上结核性胸腔积液,比较治疗组与对照组两组在胸水消失时间、抽液次数及临床症状改善方面的优劣。结果:治疗组与对照组组的各项观察指标比较,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:用中心静脉导管胸腔置管抽液能减少穿刺次数,缩短住院时间,减少不良反应。

Nursing of central vehous catheter and repeated punture fluid for tuberculous pleural

Objective To compare the efficacy and nursing of central venous catheter（treatment group） with repeated puncture fluid（control group） in the treatment tuberculous pleural.Method The method had been diagnosed by ultrasound moderate tuberculous pleural effusion,pleural effusion compared between the two groups disappeared at the time of fluid pumping frequency and clinical symptoms were improved in the pros and cons.Results In the treatment group and the control group,the observed indicators showed significant differences（P 0.05）.Conclusion The central venous catheter chest tube pumped fluid can reduce the number of puncture and shorten hospital stays and reduce side effects.
