1266例肺结核患者的发现与治疗情况分析

目的了解在实施《全国结核病防治规划（2001—2010年）》期间肺结核病例发现与治疗情况，以便评估结核病防治规划实施效果。方法对杜尔伯特蒙古族自治县2003—2007年结核病控制规划实施期间有关资料进行分析。结果2003～2007年，全县年均新发肺结核患者新登记率为85．67％，新发涂阳肺结核患者临床治愈率92．33％，复治涂阳肺结核患者临床治愈率为86．55％；总体规则治疗率91．79％；全程督导化疗率为100．00％；综合医疗机构转诊总体到位率为93．89％。结论规划实施全程督导短程化疗对肺结核的高发现率、高治愈率效果显著。

Analysis of Detecting and Treatment in 1266 Cases of Tuberculosis

Objective To investigate the detecting and treatment of tuberculosis cases in the implementation of National TB Control Program（2001-2010） in order to assess the effect of tuberculosis prevention and control planning. Methods The materials of TB control programs implementation in Duerbote Mongolian Autonomous County from 2003 to 2007 were analyzed retrospectively. Results The registration rate of new pulmonary tuberculosis cases was 85.67% ; the clinical cure rate was 92.33% in new smear-positive eases and 86.55% in re-treated smear-positive cases, the General regular therapy rate is 91.79%. The directly obeerved treatment, short course （DOTS） strategy were performed in all cases. The referring rate of tuberculosis patients in comprehensive hospitals was 93.89%. Conclusion DOTS strategy can effectively improve the detection rate and cure rate of TB patients.
