摘    要:目的探讨短期鼻用皮质类固醇激素对儿童骨密度的影响。方法对28例5~8岁慢性鼻及鼻窦炎合并腺样体肥大的患儿,腺样体切除术后采用糠酸莫米松鼻喷雾剂,每日展起给予100旧喷鼻,共5周,用双能X线骨密度仪监测治疗前和治疗后1年骨密度及Z评分。结果对治疗前和治疗后1年结果行统计分析,差异均无显著(P〉O.05)。结论标准治疗剂量的鼻用皮质类固醇激素对儿童骨密度无明显影响。

Effect of short term using of intranasal steroids spray on bone mineral density in the children

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of short term Using of intranasal steroids spray on bone mineral density in children. METHODS A one-year randomized study was conducted on the effect of short term using of intranasal steroids spray on bone mineral density in 28 children patient with chronic rhinitis- rhinosinusitis and enlarged adenoids. They all received adenoidectomy. The age of the 28 children ranged from 5 to 8 years old. After adenoidectomy, they used nasal spray Nasonex, 100 pg per day, for 5 weeks. BMD and Z-score was measured by dual energy X-ray absorptiometry at the beginning of treatment and 1 year after treatment. RESULTS There was no significant difference in bone mineral density before and after treatment (P〉0.05) . CONCLUSION Short term using of intranasal steroids spray in children didn't lead to osteoporosis if standard dose was given.
