3种方案治疗慢性心力衰竭的成本-效果分析

目的:评价3种慢性心力衰竭治疗方案的成本与效果。方法:将我院慢性心力衰竭患者140例随机分为3组:西药组50例采用强心药、利尿剂、血管紧张素转换酶抑制药、β受体阻滞药;西药+血栓通组63例采用西药+注射用血栓通(冻干);西药+参麦组27例采用西药+参麦注射液。运用药物经济学对3种药物治疗方案进行分析、评价。结果:西药组治疗总成本-效果,成本效用最优。结论:药物经济学是评价药物应用及其治疗方案合理性的重要手段。

Cost-etfectiveness Analysis of 3 Drug Treatment Programs for Chronic Heart Failure

OBJECTIVE： To evaluate 3 drug treatment programs for chronic heart failure with pharmacoeconomics, and to in- vestigate the reasonability of drug use. METHODS： 140 patients with chronic heart failure received 3 drug treatment programs, i.e. cardiac drugs, diuretics, angiotensin converting enzyme inhibitors, [3-blocker（western medicine group, 50 cases）, western medi- cine＋xuesaitong injection （lyophilization） （western and xuesaitong group, 63 cases）, western medicine＋shenmai injection（western and shenmai group, 27 cases）. 3 drug treatment programs were analyzed and evaluated with pharmacoeconomics. RESULTS： The treatment program 1 was the lowest cost and the most effective. CONCLUSION： Pharmacoeconomics is an important way to evaluate the rationality of drug use and treatment program.
