头孢美唑治疗急性尿路感染的疗效观察

目的:观察头孢美唑治疗急性尿路感染的疗效和安全性。方法:将60例急性尿路感染患者随机分为2组:治疗组30例,给予头孢美唑2.0 g,bid,静脉滴注;对照组30例,给予左氧氟沙星0.2 g,bid,静脉滴注。2组均7～14 d为1个疗程。于治疗前、后比较观察2组的临床疗效及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗组临床总有效率为96.7%,明显高于对照组73.3%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组细菌清除率为100.0%,对照组为81.5%,2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组均未见明显不良反应。结论:头孢美唑治疗急性尿路感染疗效好,细菌清除率高,安全性好。

Efficacy Observation of Cefmetazole in the Treatment of Acute Urinary Tract Infection

OBJECTIVE： To observation the therapeutic efficacy and safety of cefmetazole in the treatment of acute urinary tract infection. METHODS： 60 patients with urinary tract infection were randomized into 2 groups. Treatment group （30 cases） re- ceived cefmetazole 2.0 g twice a day. Control group （30 cases） received levofloxacin 0.2 g twice a day. The period of treatment was 7~14 d. Clinical efficacies of 2 groups were compared. RESULTS： The therapeutic efficacy of treatment group was better than that of control group significantly. Compared with the control group which the overall effective rate was 73.3%, the bacterial clearance rate was 81.5% , the overall effective rate of treatment group was 96.7% （P〈0.05） and the bacterial clearance rate was 100.0% （P〉0.05）. There was no obvious ADRs founded in 2 groups. CONCLUSION： Cefmetazole is valuable for the therapy of acute urinary tract infection.
