2003年～2005年抗抑郁药应用分析

目的 评估我院抗抑郁药的应用状况及趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考.方法 采用限定日剂量分析方法,统计我院2003年～2005年抗抑郁药的用药频度(DDDs)、购药金额等数据并进行分析.结果 抗抑郁药的用量及购药金额等逐年增长,DDDs排序前3位的是氟西汀、帕罗西汀、多塞平,购药金额排序前3位的是氟西汀、帕罗西汀、米氮平.结论 选择性5-HT再摄取抑制剂类抗抑郁药的应用占主导地位,NE能和特异性5-HT能类新型抗抑郁药应用增长,非选择性作用于NE及5-HT的传统三环类抗抑郁药应用逐年下降.

Analysis on Use of Antidepressive Drugs in Our Hospital from 2003 to 2005

Objective To evaluate the use and trend of antidepressive drugs in our hospital to provide a reference for ratioanal use of drugs in clinic. Methods DDDs and sales volume of drugs in our hospital from 2003 to 2005 were analyzed with the method of DDD analysis. Results The quantities and sales volume of antidepressive drugs increased year by year. The top 3 antidepressive drugs in respect of DDDs were fluoxetine, paroxetine and doxepin. The top 3 antidepressive drugs in respect of sales volume were fluoxetine, paroxetine and mirtazapine. Conclusion Selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors were dominant antidepressive drugs in clinic. Some new antidepressive drugs, for example, noradrenergic and specific serotonergic antidepressant increased fast. Classical antidepressive drugs,TCAs,decended year by year.
