血管内大B细胞淋巴瘤临床病理分析并文献复习(附2例报告)

目的分析血管内大B细胞淋巴瘤的临床病理特点。方法复习2例血管内大B细胞淋巴瘤患者的病理学特点及临床过程,结合国内及国际文献分析国人血管内大B细胞淋巴瘤临床病理学特点。结果2例患者中1例为45岁女性,病变原发于皮肤;1例为68岁男性,病变原发于脑部。2例形态学均表现为受累部位毛细血管增生,肿瘤细胞充满血管腔,经免疫组化证实为B细胞表型。结论血管内大B细胞淋巴瘤是一种罕见的高度侵袭性肿瘤,国人的血管内大B细胞淋巴瘤有着不同于典型亚洲变异型或皮肤变异型的临床病理学特点。

Clinicopathologic features of two cases with intravascular large B cell lymphoma

Objective To analyse the clinicopathological features of intravascular large B cell lymphoma. Methods Clinical process and pathological characteristics of two patients were described and literatures of international and Chinese cases with this series of diseases were reviewed. Results One female patient was 45 years old with extensive skin lesion and the male one was 68 years old with central nervous system involved, both cases showed the hyper- plasia of capillaries which were filled with tumor cells with B-cell phenotype in the involved organs. Conclusions In- travascular large B cell lymphoma is a rare malignancy with high invasiveness. Chinese patients of this disease may have special characters which are different with the already known＂the Asian variant＂ or ＂cutaneous variant ＂.
