| 摘 要： | 对８０例急性心肌梗塞患者运用小剂量肝素治疗，经临床观察护理，认为方法简单、疗效可靠。该疗法可缩小梗塞面积，改善心肌缺血，缓解心绞痛，从而降低病死率。

| Abstract: | The effect of low-dose of heparin on acute myocardiac infarction was studied with 80 cases, The results showed that this treatment was simple but a effective method for treatment of acute myocardiac infarction.It could shrink the infarction area, modify myocardiac ischemia and angina pectoris, subsquently reduce the death rate. |
