| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血清α1-酸性糖蛋白和前白蛋白在肝脏疾病中的临床意义。方法采用免疫透射比浊法测定各类肝病患者血清中α1-酸性糖蛋白和前白蛋白的含量,并与正常对照组比较。结果各类肝病患者血清前白蛋白和α1-酸性糖蛋白的含量均明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01),而且随病情的加重呈进行性降低;肝硬化失代偿期明显低于肝硬化代偿期(P<0.01)。结论血清α1-酸性糖蛋白和前白蛋白的检测对肝脏疾病病情的估计及判断预后有重要的价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical significance of serum α1-acid glycoprotein(α1-AG) and prealbumin(PA) in diagnosis of liver diseases.Methods The levels of serum α1-AG and PA in patients with various liver diseases were measured by nephelometry method and compared with those of control group.Results The levels of serum α1-AG and PA in patients with various liver diseases were lower obviously than those of control group and the difference was significant (P<0.01).Decreasing tendency of the levels of serum α1-AG and PA was shown with the aggravation of state of an illness. The levels of serum α1-AG and PA in patients with liver cirrhosis with decompensation were lower obviously than those of liver cirrhosis with compensation and the difference was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion United-tests of serum α1-AG and PA have important value in estimating the state of illness and predicting prognosis of liver diseases. |
