| 摘 要： | 目的研究医学生家庭功能与心理健康的相关性。方法采用家庭功能评定量表(FAD)与症状自评量表(SCL-90)对广西某医科院校277名医学生进行测评。结果医学生家庭收入对心理健康因子中的抑郁与偏执存在着一定的影响(P<0.05);家庭功能各维度及总功能与SCL-90各因子呈显著性正相关(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论完善家庭功能,可以促进医学生心理健康的发展。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the relationship between family function and mental health in medical students. Methods A total of 277 medical students in a Guangxi medical university were evaluated by using the Family Assessment Device （FAD） scale and the Symptom Checklist-90 （SCL-90）. Results Medical students＇ family income had a great effect on depression and paranoia of mental health factor （P 〈0.05）. Each dimension of family function and total function had significantly positive correlation to each factor of SCL - 90（ P〈0.05, P 〈0.01）. Conclusion The perfect family function can promote the psychological health of medical students. |
