羟苯磺酸钙胶囊的溶出度研究

目的考察自制羟苯磺酸钙胶囊在4种介质中的溶出度及溶出曲线,评价其内在质量。方法分别以水、0.1mol/L HCl盐酸、pH=4.5醋酸盐缓冲液和pH=6.8磷酸盐缓冲液作为溶出介质,溶出液用紫外分光光度法测定,f2相似因子法用于结果判定。结果自制羟苯磺酸钙胶囊在4种介质中的溶出行为与对照制剂相当。结论自制羟苯磺酸钙胶囊与对照制剂相比,溶出度差异无统计学意义。

Dissolution of Calcium Dobesilate Capsules

Objective To investigate the dobesilate capsules in 4 media and to evaluate dissolution and the dissolved curves of self--produced calcium the internal quality. Methods Water, 0. 1 mol/L HCI solution, pH=4.5 acetate buffer solution and pH=6.8 phosphate buffer solution were selected as the 4 solvents. UV speetrophotometry was used for determination of solutions and f2 similar factor method was used to judge the measurements. Results The dissolved behaviors of self--produced calcium dohesilate capsules were similar to that of the reference in the 4 solvents. Conclusion Self--produced calcium dobesilate capsules have the same dissolution as the reference calcium dobesilate capsules.
