| 摘 要： | 目的了解我国既往开展的药品淘汰相关工作，提出开展药品淘汰工作的思路。方法在卫生部与国家食品药品监督管理局网站、北大法意数据库对药品淘汰相关的法律法规、实施方案与工作文件进行检索与分析。结果我国既往开展了药品淘汰工作，但并未形成制度化。结论我国有必要建立药品淘汰制度，明确药品淘汰的内涵。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the status of drug elimination in China, and suggest how to carry out drug elimination. Methods To retrieve the law and regulation, implementation protocol and work document and analysis through MOH and SFDA official site and Beijing university lawyee database. Results Drug elimination has been imple-mented, but not limited by the law and regulation. Conclusion Drug elimination system should be developed, and the definition of drug elimination should be identified. |
