“调神通络”针法对颈动脉硬化干预效果的临床观察

目的]应用颈动脉结构与功能超声指标评价"调神通络"针法对颈动脉硬化的干预效果。方法]根据纳入标准选择缺血性脑梗死(前循环梗死)急性期合并颈动脉低回声斑块患者,分为"调神通络"针法组和常规针法组,分别治疗28 d,对治疗前后硬化及相关指标进行统计分析。结果](1)"调神通络"针法组能明显改善脑梗死患者的症状和体征,促进神经功能缺损的恢复。特别是对于改善低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)及总胆固醇(TC)具有明显的作用。(P0.05或P0.01)。(2)短期应用"调神通络"针法对颈动脉硬化超声指标没有明显改善。(P0.05)。结论]"调神通络"针法对颈动脉硬化的干预短期内无明显改善。

Clinical observation on intervention effect to carotid atherosclerosis by Tiaoshen Tongluo acupuncture therapy

Objective] To evaluate the intervention effect of Tiaoshen Tongluo(Regulating mind and Dredging collateral) acupuncture therapy on Carotid Atherosclerosis by observing the structure of carotid artery and the function-ultrasound examination.Methods] The patients with hypoechoic carotid plaques of acute ischemic stroke were divided into Tiaoshen Tongluo acupuncture group and control group.They were all treated for 28 days.Taking sclerosis and related indicators before and after treatment as the subjective index the sta-tistical analysis was performed.Results] Tiaoshen Tongluo acupuncture group could significantly improve the signs and symptoms of patients with cerebral infarction.It could also promote the restoration of neurological deficits,especially for the improvement of LDL,HDL,and TC(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Tiaoshen Tongluo acupuncture could not improve the indicators of carotid atherosclerosis when used only for a short-term(P>0.05).Conclusion] Tiaoshen Tongluo acupuncture therapy can not create a significant improvement on carotid atherosclerosis in a short intervention period.
