MTT法体外测定脑胶质细胞瘤对化疗药物的敏感性

目的 探讨运用MTT法测定脑胶质细胞瘤体外对化疗药物的敏感性。方法 采用改良的MTT法测定50例胶质细胞瘤标本对8种化疗药物的体外敏感性。结果 50例胶质细胞瘤细胞对化疗药物的敏感性从高到低依次为威猛、二氯乙基亚硝脲、顺铂、长春新碱、环磷酰氨、甲氨喋呤、5-氟脲嘧啶、阿霉素。结论 MTT法检测脑胶质细胞瘤细胞对化疗药物的敏感性有助于指导临床选择肿瘤敏感性的化疗药物，提高化疗效果，具有重要的临床应用价值。

In vitro Sensitivity for Chemotherapeutic Drugs to Human Gliocytoma by MTT Method

Objective To evaluate the sensitivity of chemotherapeutic drugs to human gliocytoma by MTT method . Methods In vitro sensitivities of eight chemotherapeutic drugs were determined by modified MTT method in 50 cases of human glicytoma. Results In 50 cases,the sensitivity sequence of those 8 drugs from high to low was Vm-26>BCNU >DDP>VCR>CTX>MTX>5-Fu>ADM. Conclusions Evaluation of sensivity of chemotherapeutic drugs to human gliocytoma by MTT method can be a helpful guidance on clinical chemotherapy and it can raise the effectiveness of chemotherapy.
