卡介菌多糖核酸治疗变应性鼻炎的临床观察

摘    要:目的观察卡介菌多糖核酸治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效,并探讨其免疫学机制。方法对25例变应性鼻炎患者采用卡介菌多糖核酸注射液1ml肌注,隔日1次,疗程为6周。观察其临床疗效。对照组25例采用必可酮局部治疗。结果 临床近期疗效:卡介菌多糖核酸治疗后1周的显效率为72.0%,总有效率为96.0%;对照组治疗后1周的总有效率为92.O%。随访2个月后再次进行疗效评定:卡介茵多糖核酸组的显效率为60.0%,总有效率为88.0%。对照组显效率为44.0%,总有效率为76.0%。本组病例无一例出现不良反应。二组比较,卡介菌多糖核酸组显效率明显优于对照组(P<0.01),总有效也高于后者。结论卡介菌多糖核酸对变应性鼻炎具有较好的治疗作用,不良反应少。

Abstract:Objective To study the effect and the mechanism of BCG-PSN on allergic rhinitis. Methods All patients were divided into two groups at random. 25 patients was treated by adopting BCG- PSN 1ml for 6 weeks and the other group was treated by adopting Beclomethasone Dipropionas. Results After one week, the treatment group showed efficiency as 72. 0% ,the gross efficiency rate was 96.0% .The gross efficiency rate of the control group was 92% .After two weeks, the treatment group showed efficiency as 60.0% and the gross efficiency rate was 88.0% . The control group showed efficiency as 44. 0% and the gross efficiency rate was 76% .With chi-square test,P<0.01. Conclusion It is an effective method by adopting BCG- PSN in treating allergic rhinitis.
