先天性心脏病患儿父母亲心理健康状况及影响因素分析

目的 了解先天性心脏病患儿父母亲的心理状况及影响因素,为实施相应的干预措施提供临床依据.方法 采用先心病患儿及其父母的一般情况调查表、症状自评量表（SCL-90）对130例先心病患儿父母亲进行问卷调查.结果 先心病患儿父母亲SLC-90总得分为（156.18±54.49）分,明显高于全国常模,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;其中躯体化、强追症状等8项因子分与常模比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;无症状患儿父母亲的躯体化因子得分显著低于经常生病、不能进行剧烈运动以及喜蹲的患儿;完全自费的患儿父母亲敌对因子得分显著高于享受到城镇居民医疗保险、农村合作医疗以及慈善基金资助的患儿父母亲,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 先心病患儿父母亲存在一定的心理问题,尤其是患儿症状明显及完全自费者,医护人员在给患儿治疗的同时应该注意做好患儿父母亲的心理健康教育.

Analysis of mental health status of parents of children with congenital heart disease and its related factors

Objective To provide the clinical basis of interventions by investigating the mental health status and related influen- cing factors in parents of children with congenital heart disease （CHD）. Methods Applying general condition questionnaire and symp- tom cheek list 90 （SCL -90） to investigate 130 parents of children with congenital heart disease. Results The aggregate score of par- ents on the SCL- 90 was 156.18 ± 54.49 ,which was higher than that in the Chinese norm. The aggregate score, somatization, obsessive - compulsive symptom and so on eight factors have statistical significance as compared with Chinese norm（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The somatization factor score of parents which children asymptomatic were significantly lower than those children often feel sick, cannot strenuous exercise, like squat down （P 〈 0.05） ;the hostile factor score of parents which spent with their own money were significantly lower than those have the medical insurance for urban residents, rural cooperative medical service, charity foundations （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The parents of children with CHD have certain psychological problems, especially which children with symptoms and entirely at his own expense, the medical staff should pay attention to the parents＇psychological health education of the patients at the same time of treating children.
