| 摘 要： | 目的探讨早期康复护理在恢复脑卒中偏瘫患者运动功能中的影响作用.方法：选取脑卒中偏瘫患者86 例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各43 例.对照组使用脑卒中偏瘫患者相应基本的药物治疗,观察组则在对照组基础上进行早期的康复护理.观察并比较两组患者的运动功能恢复情况.结果：两组患者经治疗后,观察组FMA 评分高于对照组（P〈0.05）,运动功能改善情况显著优于对照组（P〈0.05）.结论：早期康复护理能有效改善脑卒中偏瘫患者运的动功能,值得推广及使用.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate effects of early rehabilitation nursing on motor function of stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods： 86 stroke patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 43 cases in each group.The control group was given drug treatment, while the observation group was given the rehabilitation nursing on the basis of the drugtreatment of control group. The motor function of the two groups was observed. Results： After the treatment, FMA score of observationgroup was higher than that of control group （P〈0. 05）, and the improvement of motor function in observation group was significantlybetter than that in control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusions： Early rehabilitation nursing can improve the motor functions for the strokepatients with hemiplegia, and is worthy of promotion. |
