出血性脑梗死相关因素分析

摘    要:目的 :探讨出血性脑梗死与血糖值、梗死面积、神经功能缺损程度的关系。方法 :测定4 2 3例急性脑梗死 (其中出血性脑梗死 38例 )血糖含量及评估梗死面积、神经功能缺损程度 ,各分三组 ,并分别将各组不同的出血性脑梗死的发生率进行比较。结果 :血糖 7.0~ 11.1mmol/L组出血性脑梗死的发生率高于血糖 <7.0mmol/L组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;血糖 >11.1mmol/L组出血性脑梗死发生率高于血糖 7.0~ 11.1mmol/L组 (P <0 .0 5 )。小面积脑梗死中出血性脑梗死发生率高于腔隙性脑梗死组 (P <0 .0 5 ) ;大面积脑梗死中出血性脑梗死发生率明显高于小面积脑梗死组 (P <0 .0 0 1)。中型组神经功能缺损中出血性脑梗死发生率明显高于轻型组 (P <0 .0 1) ;重型组神经功能缺损出血性脑梗死发生率明显高于中型组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 :梗死面积愈大、血糖愈高、神经功能缺损程度愈严重的患者易发生出血性脑梗死

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the correlative factors among hemorrhagic cerebral infarction and blood glucose, infarction area and nerve function damage. Method: 423 cases of acute cerebral infarction ( including 38 cases of hemorrhagic cerebral infarction) were divided respectively into 3 groups according to blood glucose level, cerebral infarction area and degree of nerve function damage to observe the rates of hemorrhagic cerebral infarction. Result: The rate of hemorrhagic cerebral infarction for group 1 ( blood glucose 7.0-11.1mmol/L) was higher than group 2(blood glucose <7.0mmol/L)( P<0.05); The rate of hemorrhagic cerebral infarction for group 3 ( blood glucose >11.1mmol/L) was higher than group 1. Hemorrhagic cerebral infarction for small area cerebral infarction group was higher than lacunar cerebral infarcton group( P<0.05); Hemorrhagic cerebral infarction for large area cerebral infarction group was higher than small area cerebral infarction group (P<0.001). The rate of hemorrhagic cerebral infarction for medium nerve function damage group was higher than light nerve function damage group; The rate of hemorrhagic cerebral infarction for serious nerve function damage group was higher than medium nerve function damage group. Conclusion: The larger area of cerebral infarction, the higher blood glucose and the more serious nerve function damage were the easier to suffer from hemorrhagic cerebral infarction.
