异丙酚在无痛人流术中、术后的临床观察

目的了解异丙酚在人流术中应用的临床效果，探讨异丙酚在人流术中应用的可行性。方法选取200例无痛人流术者为观察组，随机抽取同期200例普通人流术者为对照组，测定两组患者术前、术中及术后的血压、心率及血氧饱和度，比较两组患者的疼痛感、人流综合征及1个月后随访月经来潮情况。结果两组患者术前、术中及术后的血压、心率及血氧饱和度比较无明显差异，观察组的患者术中及术后无疼痛感、无人流综合征的发生，与对照组相比差异有显著性；两组术后1个月随访月经来潮情况差异无显著性。结论异丙酚用于无痛人流术中麻醉效果好，有推广价值。

The clinical observation of propofol used in induced abortion

Objective To study the feasibility of propofol used in the induced abortion.Methods Two hundred early pregnant women receiving propofol for painless induced abortion were chosen as the study group,and the other 200 women with a general abortion were chosen as control group.The pain of patients,the morbidity of the induced abortion syndrome and the following-up results one month after the abortion between two groups were compared.The blood pressure,heart rate and oxygen saturation in two groups were also observed during the whole procedure.Results The results showed that there was significant difference between two groups in pain and morbidity of the induced abortion syndrome,but not in the following-up results one month after the abortion.The blood pressure,heart rate and oxygen saturation between the two groups were not significantly different.Conclusion Propofol have a good anesthesia effect on induced abortion,and is a practical anesthesia method for induced abortion.
