关节镜下半月板损伤术后和出院后跟踪康复训练的效果观察

目的评价关节镜下半月板损伤术后和出院后跟踪康复训练的效果。方法将86例半月板损伤患者随机抽取43例(实验组)与43例(对照组)进行术后和出院后跟踪康复训练的效果比较。结果对照组中有58.3%的患者膝关节功能恢复良好;实验组中有93%的患者恢复良好。结论术后科学的膝关节功能锻炼是获得理想手术效果和膝关节功能恢复的重要保证,尤其是膝关节功能未完全恢复就已经出院的患者,出院后能够坚持合理的康复训练对其非常重要。

Importance of tracking rehabilitation training in the functional recovery of patients with meniscus injury after arthroscopic surgery and hospital discharge

Objective To evaluate the effect of tracking rehabilitation training on the functional recovery of patients with meniscus injury after arthroscopic surgery and hospital discharge.Methods 86 patients with meniscus injury were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=43, treated with tracking rehabilitation training after surgery and hospital discharge)and the control group(n=43,treated with conventional guidance after surgery and hospital discharge).Results 58.3% of patients had good recovery of knee joint function in the control group,while 93% of the patients had good recovery of knee joint function in the experimental group.Conclusion Postoperative and scientific training of knee joint function is the important guarantee of satisfactory surgical effect and well functional recovery,especially for the discharged patients with partial recovery of knee joint function,the reasonable rehabilitation training is very important for their rehabilitation after hospital discharge.
