粤北地区康复期精神分裂症的病耻感现况调查

目的：探讨康复期精神分裂症患者病耻感及有关因素。方法：调查400例住院时间大于1个月，GAS／〉61分，符合CCMD-3诊断标准的精神分裂症患者，评价工具分别为精神病患者病耻感评估量表及大体评定量表（GAS）。结果：病耻感评估总分及各因子分均低；在精神分裂症不同亚型比较中仅反映出社交因子差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05），且多反映在青春型、紧张型与未定型之间。结论：康复期精神分裂症患者普遍存在着不同程度的病耻感体验。

Survey on Stigma of convalescent patients with schizophrenia in northern Guangdong province

Objective：To study the stigma experience in convalescent patients with Schizophrenia. Methods：Four hundred patients were investigated after 6 weeks of treatment, who matched with the standard of diagnosis of CCMD - 3 Schizophrenia, and their scores of GAS are more than 61 ,then accessed by Stigma Scale for Mental Illness. Results： The total scores and the various factorial scores of stigma decreased significantly. Only the social contact shows significant difference in subtypes of the Schizophrenia patients （ P 〈 0.05 ）, mostly reflected in the adolescent type, tense type and the unshaped. Conclusions ： The convalescent patients with Schizo- phrenia generally have a different degree of stigma experience.
