深化卫生体制改革推动市属医院院长竞聘工作

北京市医管局这次竞争性选拔124市属院长和副院长的工作，是2012年上半年竞争性选拔6家市属医院院长的延续，也是统筹考虑公立医院改革发展的需要。进一步深化市属医院干部人事制度改革的举措，是在新的历史时期深入学习贯彻“十八大”精神，进一步推进本市医疗卫生体制改革的迫切要求。

Deepening Health System Reform, Facilitating Competitive Selection for the Dean of Beijing Municipal Hospitals

The competitive selection for both the dean and vice-dean （12 people） of municipal hospitals organized by the Beijing Municipal Administration of Hospitals is the continued work of competitive selection for 6 hospital deans in first half of 2012, and to meet the demands of public hospitals＇ reform with comprehensive consideration, also the important measure of human resource system reform among municipal hospitals, as well as to learn and implement carefully the spirits of the 18th Congress of China＇s Communist Party in the new historical period and the requisite of facilitating health system reform.
