动机性访谈对冠心病患者服药依从性的影响

目的：通过对住院冠心病患者实施动机性访谈评价患者出院后服药相关信念及服药依从性。方法：在山西省某心血管专科医院选取120例住院冠心病患者随机分为对照组和干预组各60例，对照组给予常规护理，干预组在常规护理的基础上给予动机性访谈干预并进行3个月的电话随访。在干预前，出院后1、3个月时采用问卷调查法分别评估动机性访谈对服药依从性的效果。结果：干预前两组社会人口学资料差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），干预后1、3个月两组患者服药依从性差异均有统计学意义（P〈0．05），干预组用药行为评分高于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论：动机性访谈干预可提高冠心病患者出院后3个月的服药依从性。

Impact of motivational interviewing on the medication adherence in patients with coronary heart disease

Objective ：To explore the effects of motivational interviewing（ MI ） on compliance of medication therapy in patients with coronary artery disease. Methods ：Selected 120 patients with coronary heart disease enrolled,then randomly divided them into intervention group and control group,60 cases in each group. The control group received routine specific nursing and general health education ,while the intervention group was given routine specific nursing, general health education and comprehensive intervention, while Adopted a questionnaire survey method to investigate, compared the differences of taking medicine compliance before the intervention, one months and three months after the intervention. Results： Differences on compliance and in two groups were statistical（ P 〈 0.05 ）. There were significant differences in the compliance about medication between the two groups at one months and three months after the intervention（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions： Motivational interviewing can correct patients＇bad behaviors, enhance patient medication treatment eomnliance in natients with Coronarv heart disease.
