马来酸桂哌齐特治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足的疗效观察

目的观察马来酸桂哌齐特治疗椎-基底动脉供血不足(VBI)的临床疗效。方法将本院收治明确诊断为VBI的79例患者随机分为治疗组40例和对照组39例。治疗组静脉滴注马来酸桂哌齐特,对照组静脉滴注灯盏细辛注射液,观察2组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率和显效率分别为95.00%和67.50%,明显高于对照组的76.92%和43.59%;治疗组治疗后血液流变学、TCD指标均比对照组改善明显,而2组药物的不良反应发生情况差异无统计学意义。结论马来酸桂哌齐特治疗VBI疗效显著,值得临床推广应用。

Observation of therapeutic effects of cinepazide maleate for treating vertebrobasilar insufficiency

Objective To observe the clinical effects of cinepazide maleate in the treatment of vertebrobasilar insufficiency(VBI).Methods Seventy-nine patients with VBI were randomly divided into two groups: treatment group(39 cases) and control group(40 cases).The treatment group was intravenously administered cinepazide maleate,whereas the control group was intravenously given erigeron breviscapus injection.The clinical effects of both groups were observed.Results The total effectiveness rate and marked effectiveness rate of the treatment group were respectively 95.00% and 67.50%,significantly higher than 76.92% and 43.59% of the control group.After treatment,the indexes of hemorheology and transcranial doppler of treatment group notably improved,compared with control group,whereas the difference showed no statistical significance regarding the occurrence of adverse reactions of both groups.Conclusion Cinepazide maleate has conspicuous therapeutic effects in the treatment of VBI,which deserves to be popularized clinically.
