| 摘 要： | 目的总结后路腰椎椎管减压椎弓根螺钉内固定自体骨植骨融合术的手术护理要点。方法 9例患者术前准备完善,术中安全有效输液和体位、出入量、体温管理,器械护士密切配合,严格控制感染。结果 9例患者均成功完成手术。结论合理有效的手术室护理配合工作是顺利完成手术、减少术后并发症的重要保障。

| Abstract: | Objective To summarize the nursing points of autogenous bone graft fusion in the treatment of spinal canal decompression of posterior lumbar by the way of internal fixation with pedicle screw.Method 9 patients with complete preoperative preparation were carefully monitored from aspects such as safe and effective transfusion,body position,intake and output volume,management of body temperature,apparatus-nurse cooperation and control of infection.Result All the patients finished operation successfully.Conclusion Reasonable and effective nursing cooperation in the operation room is the guarantee of successful operation and less postoperative complications. |
