持续质量改进在血液透析患者内瘘并发症预防中的应用

目的探讨持续质量改进在血液透析患者并发症预防中的作用。方法评估80例维持性血透患者使用内瘘过程中发生的并发症,分析其原因,改进措施,及时反馈信息,并对不足之处随时调整,达到持续质量改进的目的。结果 1年后发现80例患者内瘘感染及过敏的发生率、瘘管狭窄及栓塞发生率、穿刺针滑脱率、按压出血率、血肿发生率均明显低于前1年(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论持续质量改进能持续降低内瘘并发症的发生率和护理风险,进而提高血透护理质量。

Application of continuous quality improvement in the prevention of fistula complications in hemodialysis patients

Objective To explore the role of continuous quality improvement in the prevention of complications in hemodialysis patients.Methods Complications in 80 maintenance hemodialysis patients with application of fistula were assessed.In order to achieve the purposes of continuous quality improvement,the procedures such as analysis of reasons,improvement of measures,information feedback and concomitant regulation for limitations were adopted.Results After a year,the incidence rates of fistula infection and allergy,fistula stenosis and embolism,puncture needle slippage,bleeding after pressing and hematoma decreased significantly(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Continuous quality improvement can continually reduce the incidence rate of fistula complications and nursing risk,and then improve the quality of dialysis nursing.
