化滞柔肝颗粒治疗非酒精性脂肪肝的临床研究

目的观察化滞柔肝颗粒治疗非酒精性脂肪肝(NAFLD)的临床疗效。方法将本院门诊收冶的120例NAFLD患者随机分为2组,每组60例。治疗组给予化滞柔肝颗粒,对照组给予水飞蓟宾胶囊,比较2组临床症状、血脂、肝功能及体质量指数(BMI)改善情况。结果治疗组总有效率以及肝区胀痛、疲乏、易怒、上腹闷痛、食欲减退的改善率均显著高于对照组,且治疗组血脂、肝功能及BMI的改善程度也显著优于对照组。结论与水飞蓟宾胶囊相比较,化滞柔肝颗粒对NAFLD患者临床症状、血脂、肝功能及BMI的改善作用更好,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical research of Huazhi Rougan Granule in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Huazhi Rougan Granule in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD).Methods A total of 120 patients with NAFLD were divided into two groups randomly,60 cases in each group.The treatment group was administered Huazhi Rougan Granule,while the control group silibinin capsule.The improved conditions of clinical symptoms,including blood lipid,liver function and body mass index(BMI) in two groups were compared.Results The overall response rate and improved rate of liver area pain,fatigue,irritability,epigastric oppressive pain and anorexia in the treatment group were obviously higher than those in the control group.The improved degree of blood lipid,liver function and BMI in the treatment group were obviously superior to that in that control group.Conclusion Compared with silibinin capsule,Huazhi Rougan Granule has better effects in improving clinical symptoms,blood lipid,liver function and BMD of patients with NAFLD,which is worthy of clinical application.
