理性情绪疗法对住院女性精神分裂症患者家属心理状况的影响

目的探讨理性情绪疗法对住院女性精神分裂症患者家属心理状况的影响。方法将60例女性精神分裂症患者家属随机分为研究组和对照组各30例,对照组接受常规健康教育,研究组在此基础上接受6周的理性情绪疗法,在入院时和6周后采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)焦虑自评量表(SAS)对2组进行评定。结果干预前2组SCL-90、SAS量表评分分值无显著差异(P>0.05);6周后研究组SCL-90、SAS量表评分分值比干预前明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经干预6周后,研究组SCL-90、SAS量表分值明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论理性情绪疗法对改善女性精神分裂症患者家属的焦虑抑郁情绪具有积极的临床意义。

Effect of rational-emotive therapy on the psychological status of family members of female hospitalized patients with schizophrenia

Objective To explore the influence of rational?emotive therapy(RET) on the psychological status of family members of female hospitalized patients with schizophrenia.Methods 60 family members of female hospitalized patients with schizophrenia were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=30) and the control group(n=30).The control group was conducted with conventional health education,while the experimental group was conducted with a six?week RET on the basis of the control group.The symptom checklist(SCL?90) and self?rating anxiety scale(SAS) were used to assess the efficacy for both of two groups in the time points of hospitalization admission and six weeks after hospitalization.Results There were no significant differences on the scores of SCL?90 and SAS between two groups before intervention(P>0.05).Six weeks after hospitalization,the scores of SCL?90 and SAS in the experiment group were significantly lower than the scores before intervention(P<0.05).After the six?week intervention,the scores of SCL?90 and SAS in the experiment group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusions RET is a positive and effective therapy for family members of female hospitalized patients with schizophrenia because it can obviously relieve their adverse emotions of anxiety and depression.
