冠心病不同年龄段住院患者焦虑抑郁研究

目的 了解综合医院冠心病不同年龄段住院患者的不同的焦虑抑郁状况,达到及早给予个性化干预,减少患者痛苦和经济负担的目的.方法 选择符合冠心病的患者100例,随机分组60岁以下组和60岁以上两组,专人熟练应用症状自评量表SCL90、抑郁自评量表（SDS）、焦虑自评量表（SAS）对患者进行调查并进行统计学分析.结果 60岁以下组较60岁以上组在焦虑忧郁方面差异都有统计学意义（P 〈0.05）.结论 60岁以下年龄的患者因还在工作年龄,负担着工作、子女学习就业、父母赡养等方面的压力,较60岁以上的患者更容易罹患焦虑忧郁等精神方面的疾病,故应该加强对这部分患者的心理疏导和必要的心理卫生服务,在冠心病的防治和提高冠心病患者的生活质量方面有重要意义.

The study on the anxiety and depression in the inpatients of different ages with coronary heart disease

Objective To probe into the different degrees of the anxiety and depression in the inpatients of different ages with coronary heart disease so as to apply individual intervention in the early stage of the treatment and reduce the patients’ hospitalization expenses.Methods 100 patients with coronary heart disease were enrolled in this study.The patients are randomly divided into the group above 60 years old and the group below 60 years old.Skillful staff are specially arranged to apply SCL90,SDS and SAS to survey on the two groups of inpatients do statistical analysis.Results There are more significant differences in the degree of the anxiety and depression in the inpatients below 60 years old than that in those above 60 years old(P <0.01).Conclusion The patients below 60 years old are still at work age and are burdened with their work,the schooling or employment of their children and supporting their parents.Therefore,they tend to suffer more anxiety and depression than those patients above 60 years old.To apply psychological intervention and some other necessary psychological service to the inpatients below 60 years with coronary heart disease in the early stage of the treatment is efficient in the treatment of coronary heart disease and the improvement of the patients’ life.
