桡侧腕长伸肌腱部分移位治疗第一腕掌关节陈旧性脱位

目的探讨桡侧腕长伸肌腱部分移位治疗第一腕掌关节陈旧性脱位的方法。方法对4例第一腕掌关节陈旧性脱位患者采用切开复位及桡侧腕长伸肌健部分移位治疗。结果 4例患者术后随访6～12个月(平均8个月),拇指抓捏有力,无再脱位发生,疗效满意。结论桡侧腕长伸肌腱部分移位治疗第一腕掌关节陈旧性脱位,术式设计合理,手术方法简单,对腕关节的结构及功能影响较小,是治疗第一腕掌关节陈旧性脱位的理想方法之一。

Tendon of long radial extensor carpal muscle transposed partially to treat old dislocation of the first carpom etacarpal joint

Objective To investigate a method of the first carpometacarpal joint old dislocation trated by tend of long radial extensor carpal muscle transpose partially.Methods 4 patients of the first carpometacarpal joint old dislocation trated by tend of long radial extensor carpal muscle transpose partially.Results 4 patienls were followed up for 6~12 months(an average of 8 months).4 patients recovered completely after operation and dislocation did not again.Conclusion The first carpometacarpal joint old dislocation trated by tend of long radial extensor carpal muscle transpose partially is a excellent way.This operation is very simple and reasonable,the infection to wrist joint structure and function is less.
