不锈钢管材中镍的分光光度测定法

摘    要:目的建立涉水用不锈钢管材中镍含量的分光光度检测方法。方法在强碱性溶液中,以过硫酸铵为氧化剂,使镍与丁二酮肟形成红褐色络合物,用分光光度法检测不锈钢管材中镍的含量。结果。该方法相对标准偏差在1.11%-3.37%之间,线性相关系数r在09994~0.9998之间。结论该方法准确可靠,操作简单方便,可广泛应用于不锈钢管材中镍含量的测定,以保证饮用水的质量。

Abstract:[Objective]To establish the spectrophotometric determination of nickel in water-related stainless steel tube.[Methods]Nickel and dimethylglyoxime formed brown complex in strong alkali solution,with ammonium persulfate as oxidant.Spectrophotometry was adopted to determine nickel content in stainless steel tube.[Results]The relative standard deviations were 1.11%-3.37%,and the correlation coefficient r was 0.9994-0.9998.[Conclusion]This method is accurate and reliable,with simple operation,which can be widely used in determination of nickel content in stainless steel tube for guarantee of drinking water quality.
