| 摘 要： | 正常肝干细胞在致癌因素作用下发生基因突变，获得无限增殖能力成为肿瘤干细胞，肿瘤干细胞分化成各种分化等级、表型不一的肿瘤。在正常肝干细胞转化成肝癌干细胞的过程中保留了一些干细胞表型特征和进一步向相对成熟细胞分化的能力。正常肝干细胞是肝癌重要起源。

| Abstract: | Normal hepatic stem cells mutate and transform to hepatic carcinoma stem cells under carcinogens, then hepatic carcinoma stem cells differentiate into various grades and phenotypes hepatic carcinomas. In this process some phenotypes and potency of differentiating into more mature cells are reserved. So hepatic carcinoma can originate from normal hepatic stem cells. |
