摘    要:目的:通过呼吸机临床使用案例分析呼吸机质量控制的重要性和必要性,达到临床用机安全、准确、有效。方法:收集临床68例机械通气患者用机过程中呼吸机100例次报警的原因并进行统计分类。结果:68例患者发生100例次呼吸机报警中,机器故障37例次,操作因素26例次,患者因素24例次,其他13例次。结论:实施质量控制使得呼吸机的性能达到安全、准确,有效,同时有利于工程技术人员从以往的维修保障向主动进行呼吸机性能质量控制转变,可有效地推动工程技术与临床的结合。

Study of Clinic Cases from Machine Ventilate and Ventilator Quality Control

Abstract:Objective Through the cases of ventilator clinical application, the importance and inevitability of quality control for ventilator are analyzed to ensure clinical safety, accurate and effective.Methods The warning reasons of 100 times from 68 cases that were mechanically ventilated patients with ventilator-machine process are calculated and sorted. Results 68 cases from 100 cases with ventilator alarm, 37cases of machine trouble, 26 cases of operation cause, 24 cases of patient cause, and 13 cases of others cause. Conclusion The implementation of quality control is safety, accurate and effective, which is actively propitious to ventilator quality control and effectively integrates engineering technique into clinic.
