电针治疗急性腰椎间盘突出症的临床及神经电生理观察

目的:观察电针对急性腰椎间盘突出症的疗效以及对下肢体感诱发电位的影响。方法:将60例急性腰椎间盘突出患者随机分为电针治疗组30例和常规治疗组30例,分别于治疗前及治疗后3天、1周及疗程结束后应用目测类比定级法(VAS)对疼痛进行评估,治疗前后行双下肢体感诱发电位检查,治疗后进行疗效评定。结果:电针治疗组与常规治疗组优良率分别为83.4%和76.7%,电针治疗组可明显缩短疗程,治疗后3天疼痛已明显减轻,活动能力改善。两组患者治疗前患侧下肢体感诱发电位潜伏期延长、神经传导速度减慢,治疗后均有改善,但两组间比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:电针治疗对急性腰椎间盘突出症有较好的临床疗效,体感诱发电位可作为腰椎间盘突出症病情及疗效评定的电生理指标。

The clinical and neuroelectrophysiological study of electronic acupuncture on acute lumbar disc herniation

Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of electronic acupuncture on acute lumbar disc herniation and to observe the somatosensory evoked potential(SEP) on the assessment of state of the illness.Method:Sixty cases of acute lumbar disc herniation were divided into the electronic acupuncture group 30 cases and the traditional treatment group 30 cases.The period of treatment was 3-4 weeks. Using visual analogue scale(VAS) to evaluate the intensity of pain.The theraputic effect and the low limb somatosensory evoked potential were assessed before and after treatment.Result: The effective rates of the electronic acupuncture group and the traditional group were 83.4% and 76.7% respectively.The electronic acupuncture can shorten the period of treatment and restrain the pain more rapidly.The latent period of SEP was delayed and nerve transmit velocity was decreased in patients with acute lumbar disc herniation. Both of the two indexes were improved after treatment in the two groups,but there was no statistic difference between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion:The electronic acupuncture has preferable clinical curative effect on acute lumbar disc herniation.The somatosensory evoked potential can be an index of the state of illness and curative effect of acute lumbar disc herniation.
