| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the efficacy of Ginaton injection in treating acute ischemic stroke.Methods:From January 2007 to December 2010,110 patients with acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into 2 groups,50 in Ginaton treatment group,60 in Danshen injection control group.The treatment course was 14 days.Results:The total effective rate was 96.0% in the treatment group,the total effective rate was 66.7% in control group.The total effective rate between the two group was χ2= 14.67,P<0.01.The treatment group was superior to that of the control group,and no obvious side effects.Conclusion: Ginaton can improve cerebral blood circulation,promote functional recovery of injured nerves,reduce disability,improve quality of life in patients with acute ischemic stroke. |
